1. Customized Services

All our services, including Whitewall tires painting and rim line detailing, are custom-made for each vehicle. Therefore, no returns or refunds are available once the service has started or been completed.

2. Cancellation Before Service

• Appointments may be canceled before the service begins.

• Refunds (full or partial) may be considered depending on the booking and preparation stage.

3. No-Show or Late Arrival

• Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

• Significant delays may result in rescheduling subject to availability.

4. Service Quality Concerns

If there is a clear technical concern related to the quality of the service, customers must notify us within 24 hours of vehicle collection. Each case will be reviewed accordingly.

5. Refund Method (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and within the timeframe specified by the payment provider.

Additional fees may apply if the service is requested at the customer’s location, depending on the emirate and distance within the UAE.

If the customer visits our location in Dubai and the service is performed on-site, no additional fees will be charged.

Any applicable travel or service fees will be clearly communicated prior to booking confirmation.
